It is in a contemporary family castle, lost in the heart of a vineyard, that Novoceram wanted to stage the fruit of his harvest ceramics 2016 Cersaie, International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Furniture For Salle de Bains, with our Grands Millésimes stand.
Structured by rooms in succession, characteristic of the castle style, this estate designed by the interior designer Francesco Catalano, expresses a contemporary and sophisticated vision of the French tradition and savoir-faire. From the vine to the glass, from earth to ceramics, Grands Millésimes presents five exclusive ceramic wines that fuse the epicurean pleasure of the palate with that of the eyes and touch.
From the majestic entrance, with its ceiling of suspended bottles, Indigo, ironic and provocative collection of Novoceram, reveals the path to the discovery of the secrets of the booth throughout a pathway to live and enjoy.
Dominated by a huge wine librairy counting not less than 250 bottles of Novoceram 2016 ceramic wines, the first room we meet is the large kitchen, the floor of which is covered by Jasper, a seductive ceramic stone with wide and sinuous veining .
The visit continues in the living room and the dining room, filled by quietude and charm in which Oz, a ceramic stone with cosmic charm, unfolds in its different formats and different structures. A second wine library shows here the 32 ceramic cru of Novoceram available from 2004 to today. Indigo structures the space with daring, while taking the form of a surprising and extraordinary carpet.
Spectacular, the cosmic spirit of Oz diffuses itself to the ceiling where a constellation with graphic and geometric lines recalls one of the symbolic elements of the universe of wine: the sky in which each winegrower must always read carefully the signs that The moon gives it to make his wine age well.
The inside pathway of Grands Millésimes ends in the bathroom dedicated to the Petitot collection and enriched by a spectacular shower dressed with the white and blue subjects of Indigo.
Behind these main rooms hide two courtyards shaded by pergolas covered with vines. The first is dedicated to Tablon, a collection of ceramic wood for the exterior that evokes the charm of oak barrels with its formats 30×120 and 60×60 in 2 cm thickness which turn chic the rustic look.
In the second it is Kobe that is in the spotlight: a ceramic stone inspired by a Japanese slate in 4 colors with mineral elegance, declined in both finishes, smooth and structured.
