In my quote section you can enter all the items that are part of certain collections, calculate and request a quote.

What does it mean to buy through direct sales or through an Official Partner?

During the quote confirmation phase, you can choose how to purchase the items. The articles can be purchased through an Official Partner or through direct sale by Novoceram. The choice depends on the country of destination of the goods.
When you enter your data, a drop-down list of dealers will appear. If you are in a country where there are no resellers, Novoceram will directly make the sale. We will contact you to explain how to complete your order and to give more information about delivery times and transportation costs.

How are transportation costs calculated?

When selling through an Official Partner:
•if you order from France, you will not be charged any additional transport costs, as payment will be made in the store, as will the collection of the goods (unless otherwise agreed directly with the Official Partner)
•if you order from a country outside metropolitan France, you may be charged transport costs, but payment will be made in the store, as will the collection of the goods (unless otherwise agreed directly with the Official Partner)

Which collections can be purchased by quote?

At the moment, the collections that can be purchased via request for quote are:

•Indigo
•Dilemme
