- In customer relations: the aim is to anticipate customers’ requirements and to respond to their needs optimising the communication processes and procedures
- In internal corporate processes and organisation: through codifying procedures, rationalising organisation and raising personnel awareness.
- In production: ensuring precise traceability of products throughout their life cycle, by defining specific procedures that are constantly being updated through a process of continuous improvement.
- In relations with suppliers: purchasing quality products and selecting suppliers with the same improvement objectives.
Each year, the company undergoes a detailed audit by an external body and this ensures that Novoceram continues to comply with and to upgrade its procedures in an increasingly efficient system.
