Overlooking the wild landscapes of Belle-Île-en-Mer, in the heart of the Ponant Islands, this renovation by Les Piscines de Jade transforms an abandoned 1930s pool into an exceptional 13x4m lap pool, seamlessly integrated into its natural surroundings.
This project stood out for its technical complexity: difficult access to the property, transportation of materials by boat, and a ban on heavy vehicles on the island all required meticulous organization and tailored solutions.
The Losa collection in porcelain stoneware, chosen for its elegance and durability, lines the entire pool. Its grey and sand tones give the water shifting reflections depending on the daylight. The mix of formats, combining slabs and mosaic tiles, subtly enhances the pool’s interior volumes. Rounded coping, tiled mirror skimmers, and discreet LED lighting complete the pool’s refined aesthetic.
A creation offering breathtaking ocean views, this project showcases the expertise and high standards of Les Piscines de Jade, who succeeded in turning a complex construction site into an exceptional achievement in a unique and protected setting.
