Developed by Lugo Promotion, the TULIP Hôtels & Residences complex offers an accommodation concept combining furnished apartments, service areas and shared communal spaces. The development comprises 85 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments, as well as various spaces dedicated to co-working, relaxation and welcoming guests.
To complement the project’s diverse uses and atmospheres, several Novoceram collections have been incorporated into the residence’s various spaces: Zéphyr Grey, Samsara Perle, Château Ivoire, Tiber Light, and Racines Clair. Their complementary nature enables the project to meet the requirements of a hotel establishment, whilst offering a variety of aesthetics inspired by natural materials.
